I plan to use an obnoxious drunkard as an encounter in a park  :wink:

I have an alternative suggetsion:-
Try Dixon miniatures Gangsters range they have a pack of drunk down and outs. I reckon they are just what you need. And they don't seem to suffer from the usual Dixon miniatures cabbage head syndrome.
