I'm sure they will respond here shortly, but you can PM them on the forum here. Just search 'members' under the above top banner for either Empress Miniatures or Keith. ;)

I have same problem contacting them.  :(
Placed my order to them less than a two weeks ago, and nobody answered to my emails about status of my order.

Yep, They are very trustworthy, decent folk. I am sure there is an explanation for them being incommunicado. Keith frequents the forum so  is likely to drop by and see this.

Don't know if there are two accounts, but the empress miniatures account hasn't been active on the LAF for a month now.

Evening all!

Right ... lets see if we can get this sorted. Nimrod, I replied to your email this evening. We received your email late yesterday so I guess that the time delay between St. Petersburg and here accounts for a bit of a delay in responding. Apologies for that. Your order is on it's way BTW.

As for the Colonel, we don't have any outstanding customer correspondence emails in the inbox, so I'm guessing that yours must have been intercepted by spies or something and put to the sword before it arrived. Feel free to PM me your details and I will investigate forthwith and get right back to you.

Apologies for not catching this post sooner but one of the Empresses has just given birth to my baby daughter so I'm engaging in a little less 'forum-time' this week.

Oh, dear! I was never aware that you Keith FROM Empress! :) I do apologise for spreading false information especially since we exchanged PMs only a few days ago.

So, Keith is a hereditary title where you're from? :)

Oh, and congrats from Germany as well!

Congratulations Keith.

On sorting out that incipient customer service crisis I mean   ;)

No but seriously, jolly well done to you and the Memsahib.
That'll cut down on your painting time some...  :D

Congrats to you and your Empress on the birth of a daughter, a wonderful and blessed event.

Oddly enough you'll find it doesn't cut down the painting regime. First there's a whole bedroom to paint and then when they reach the age that they discover crayons, poster paints, permanent markers and ball point pens, injudiciously left within reach, there's much more to be done. Methylated spirit is a handy item to keep around the house, in my experience.

Children are somewhat like a minis collection, so much time spent on research, purchasing sundry items you never considered before you started the project and on occasion, as you survey the wreckage, wondering why you started it in the first place. The thrifty parent soon realises that once you've researched the topic and bought the terrain, it's best to focus on uniforms and ancillary equipment that has widest use. Having multiple 'armies' means more use out of a basic set of terrain, transport and ancillary kit.

On the other hand, I've found that children don't take to being varnished and you have to rebase the little buggers every few minutes. Most children seem to prefer the dip method for bringing out relief in their features.  Fortunately a mild solution of warm water and soap seems to remove any excess :)

Good luck with this partcular project.

Cheers guys!

This one is actually Mk3, but the first girl.

Already I'm noticing some subtle differences to her brothers. I'm still finding time to paint, it's just somewhere around 3 in the morning. :)
