I swear, I think I'll spend all of July in a theatre.

From what I've heard the preview screenings were well received so I really have my hopes up for this one!

I want this movie to be as good as those trailers seem to imply.

Oh wow... I love it.  I too really hope this doesn't suck.  And I don't think it will.

Also, 1940's hair is just great on women, it really needs to make a comeback.

if it's half as good as the trailer, it will be nothing short of awesome!  :o

I can put up with a fair amount of "We won the war! USA number 1!", because (let's face it), it's not uncommon to American-produced WWII films. (Also look at how poorly the British are portrayed in the film Gallipoli) So long as Captain America is well constructed and fun to watch, I'll happily wave the stars and stripes for two hours of Nazi-punching.

I loved the intro to the trailer, especially the bit about made in America.  But since those are the Albert Docks in the trailer and a lot of the movie was made in Manchester and Liverpool it'll be worth watching.  Heroes may be made in America, but they have come to the North-West to get noticed. lol

Went and saw this last night.

Very good!  Enjoyable, great action, etc.

A bit plodding in the early script, but the movie is a nice intro to the character, and a nice stepping stone for what's planned next.

Released next week in the UK, whilst I doubt I will be first in the queue due to the logistics of family life, I will be there. I saw the trailer in 3D, and that shield coming at you was just great... So I will be torn between the two..
Kind regards
