Bert

It is indeed.
I had been considering doing something similar to the sewer/cavern/catacomb set-up made by Jacques here:

http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=30403.msg464034#msg464034

The only difference being that all the modules would be slightly smaller than A4 sized to fit in the, ever so useful paper boxes.
The sections would therefore be rectangular, but otherwise the same idea.
The genius of this system is that they are stackable, so I could get several in a box.
Great!

Would this be of any use?

 ;)  :D

They would.
Some of them, anyway.
Thanks for the tip!
 :)

So Burt asked me to sneak into every ones house (while they slept which I thought was odd but very ninja) and wake the to ask; what, if anything was lacking in the fine township of Krappefortt. The feedback was the astoundingly similar.... A scream of terror at being awoken in the middle of the night followed by a triad of insults and threats. This was normally followed by the answer that we as a forum would like to see some tall buildings, like ridiculously tall. A wizard tower or clock tower perhaps in short the people want nay NEED some high-rising fun! Nothing less then 5 stories will do.

Now for my apologies to those of you whom I may have had some issues with in my nightly raid...

Professor: Sorry about eating the last of that sandwich in the fridge.

Jimbibly: I am not sure if that was a cat or dog but I am certain the hair will grow back.

Deafnala: For breaking the three chairs....and the couch....and dresser...and the 4 windows.

FramFranson: Stealing your car....twice in the same night. Also check your trunk.

Theomar Pius: Stealing your rug for that call girl.......(See above)

Sangennaru: Although I did not shoot the gun, the bullet holes in your bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and the explosion at your neighbor's house.

Andrew May: Stealing you know what. ;) Although how you stole it back I cannot gather...

Capt. Blood: Sinking your summer ship and that messy business with the coast guard..

Admiral Benbow: For stealing your ship to sink Capt. Blood's... I think it's somewhere off the coast of Brazil.

OK, now that the crazy man from Arizona has been taken away by the men in white coats ( ;)), I will have to concede defeat and admit that the badgering has worked.

I have been tinkering with a couple of bits to add to the town without putting any real effort in to it.
These pieces will be added when they get done, but are not really important so there is no real rush.
They are just a way to burn time during my breaks at work now that the weather is likely to become crap.

Now, I must admit, I have been getting the bug to add something new.
It will be as generic as possible, so that I can use it in my Strange Aeons games as well as Mordheim, probably in VSF too (if I ever get started on that!).

It will not take long, so there should be a small offering soon.

Once that is done, I will start planning for the Clocktower....

Oh indeedy, makes me want to crack out my undead Mordheim warband again, and build a hell of a lot of terrain to go with them.

You can pack that lark in, for a start!
As for VSF: It will be done.
I am just having too much fun with the Strange Aeons project at the moment.
VSF shenanigans are next on the list....

Its OK, Bert, the men in white coats have taken him away for treatment.
Everything should be fine now.
I hope!

The Undertakers was good fun to put together.

I didnt realise that there was a link.
I am glad that you approve, as your Fimir project has been fascinating me ever since you started it.

Thanks, chaps.
Be warned, Mr S: If you going poking a toe in the waters of Mordheim it can be very addictive.
As you can see: I fell for it a while ago...

I have finally decided to make another section for Krappefortte.
It should not take long, as most of the painting is already done.
It will be as generic as possible, as I want to be able to use it in other games as well, Strange Aeons in particular.

I recently bought this from Quendil, via the Bazaar.
It is a Hovels Old West Livery Stable, but I think it will double up nicely as a Barn in SA and a Warehouse in Mordheim.

Here are a few views of the model as purchased:

It also came with some fencing and a water trough.

They are all perfectly fine to use as they are, but I intend to base them to fit in with Krappefortte a litle better.
It will also help with storage and protection.

Finished pics will be up some time this week.

VERY NICE addition...generic, but nice nonetheless. A alternate removable sign to cover the "Livery" would add to its possible uses. That aside, have FUN with the basing.
I'd NEVER join a club that would have me as a member.  G.Marx
