Mason, that petition for a whole town photo has another signature. :D

Add Mama Mute to that list as well :)

Ok, chaps, ok.

It looks like I MAY have a free afternoon tomorrow, so I MAY be able to do something then.
 :)

(I should be spending time painting, of course.....)

Quick building question: are these pieces all modular? Do the boats come up?

These are awesome! I love the weathering; the detailing blows me away!

Thanks, Jevenkah!
Yes, they are all modular.
That way I can make many different layouts with them and use as many or as few as I like, depending on what is needed at the time.
Both of the boats are fixed in place.

Both of them are made by geboom, as were the resin pieces. (those that are painted grey) and the wooden walkways, and were purchased from him about six years ago.
I do not know if he still sells them, but I have seen a few others using them.

His website is here: http://www.shiftinglands.com/

VERY ATMOSPHERIC photo! It conjures up uneasy feelings about what Horror might lie beyond the arch...BWAHAHAHAHA!

Cheers, mate.
I feel most were saying 'Sod Off!'

I posted that while the rest were uploading.
There is far too much for one table, so I have divided it into seperate areas.

The first is of all the Church/Temple ruins together.
They rarely get used like this, but it is good to see exactly how much space they take up.
It is roughly a 3'x3' area, so I think our next game of IHMN may well be in a ruined church or similar...

Some better shots of what is on there:

When it is used all together, there will be various other elements added to make the table more interesting.
The grounds of the church, for instance, offer a lot of possibilities.
Trees, bushes, hedges and roads are the few of the things that spring to mind.

I will post the pictures of the rest of the buildings and the docks over the weekend, once I have sorted out the pictures...

I love that shot!  o_o  The greenery adds nice contrast to the debris in the hallway.

Another waterfront question (apologies if you've answered this somewhere in the thread, I'm still not all the way through yet.): about how big are the squares of water?

Thanks,
Jevenkah

edit: Maybe if I had started at the beginning instead of working backwards I would have seen the wonderfully thoughtful table of contents! Thanks!

Mason, you should buy stock in green flock and static grass!

OOH! PRETTY PICTURES!

I can identify with the "Sod Off". It took me quite literally years before I had the ability to post photos. I, at one time would send off & give away minis to be photographed.  SO, even now, I tend to avoid asking for photos...although I'd like to.

Given that you have found the contents page, I take it you may have the answer.

Even if you have since discovered the answer,  I think it makes sense to say this again: All of the pieces that I have made are based on a 3mm thick piece of MDF that measures 10" x 8".
This is so that it will fit in an A4 Paper box for storage.
Some of the Docks pieces have been made on a half-size piece of MDF measuring 8" x 5".
This just allows for more flexibility when positioning scenery on smaller boards.

Mason, you should buy stock in green flock and static grass!

Thanks, PatrickWR!
I think that I have since found the answer to this statement... ::)

Bearing in mind that you give me regular updates full of happiness and giggles it is a small price to pay.

Well done, Paul! :-*

It is a beginning, mate.
There is a lot more still to put up.
I will post some more over the weekend.

I know that you asked for it to be put on one table, but I am sure that you appreciate that it is just not possible.

Unless I get a really big table, of course.... ::)
