I've done the first modifications of the gashant. Two simple conversions to dead beasts.

Sorry but it looks like you just cut the base off a 'live' Gashant and then laid it down.

He converted the legs by breaking them and filling up the gaps with greenstuff. I've also seen that conversion with horses and it really does the job.

Oh my mistake, I didn't notice that.  Might look better though if it was flatter on the underside, then it would lay better on the table.

Yes, some sanding or filing* would probably do the job.

*not sure on this verb
