Nice paint jobs, especially like the guy in the sun helmet.  And thanks for posting some actually painted figures - and appropriate ones to boot.

Thanks. I like muted colors but I think the shields are little muddled and muddy lookin for the scale. I think I'm gonna redo 'em with cleaner patterns.

I've got scads of colonial miniatures...I collect samples.  Maybe I should do a comparison post at some point.
