Thanks for the feedback!
And thanks Richard for playing- was a great game.

re: mentor freezer: he was one of the big reasons I wanted to make this army: just to have a chance to use the miniature I painted a couple years back.  The other big reason was an excuse to buy & use the DUST Tactics Gorillas.  Which are now painted:

Crap! You just got those last week. Man you don't monkey around.  lol

They look great and are certain to catch the eye of every heavy weapons team on the table. Tanks will run roughshod over the command center but I'll be damned if I'm not going to empty my PIAT trying to take those boys down.

Lovely stuff, Laughing Ferret! :-* :-* :-*

I have a few Apes sitting in the pile, collected for Legionaire Bert's next Necromunda campaign. They may just see service before then, in some form-maybe VSF, after seeing your thread here.

Beautiful and inspirational.
I love it!

Genius that is!

Thanks everyone!  :D

Mason: seems to me that any genre can benefit from having more apes!

Skrap: yeah, I got them painted up pretty quickly.  They paint up fast and I just couldn't wait.  Maybe I should get 3 more... give them jump packs with monkeys on their shoulders firing Hotchkiss MGs.  ;D

I finished the tank I ordered for the force... pictures to follow.

Just a quick update:  added a Hotchkiss 39 light tank to the army

More pictures on the blog.

Light tanks are pretty cramped for space in side.. unless crewed by monkeys!   ;)
