We had to give in on the shelves in shelves though as it wasn't easy to access and still fairly dusty.  We moved to all boxes for most of our collections.  It doesn't photograph worth a damn though.

I'm not sure why but I never thought to hang the planes from the ceiling by the tails.  Great looking collection.

And as for Minis, well we have the Clubman & Cooper styles, pick-up & van versions & ones in Police,AA,GPO liveries etc. Ok I am been flippant but in my many years of gaming with 1000s of toys I have never used the term minis for toy soldiers, only cars & skirts....
