The Cat's Paw magazine either refers to the Cat's Paw magazine from Fallout 1, 2 and Tactics in red, or the real Cat's Paw rubber heels that Fallout's magazine is a direct copy of.

I love all the doodads, switches and decals on these bits. A healthy lot of greebles there.
