Shanty (not yet) Town
« on: September 10, 2011, 07:44:00 PM »
For my post apocalipse project im starting to make some scenery and the first has been a shanty hut. Its very generic so it can be used for modern wargaming as well. Its done with a wood frame and plates of corrugated card board (not from boxes, i used commercial one for arts and crafs) and aluminium. Roof is removable.

Ooohhh, nice. It really has that 'cobbled together' look. That ought to paint up very pretty.

Really nice. Inspiring me to put something similar together myself. My post-apoc scenery is mainly rubble, craters, pools of radioactive water and military/industrial buildings/bunkers/storage tanks. Bout time I made some dwellings.
