Love the old school orks!

The bike is the original metal warbike by the looks of things and is from the mid to late 80s!

Nice project!

Two ideas for improvement:
1. a wash of some sepia/brown ink over everything gold
2. lipstick! Use some dark purple (no bright red or pink!!!!) on the lower lips of the faces to give them a bit more character. Only on the lower lip, though!

I'd avoided picking up those older plastic Gretchin but I think you do a great job on them and now it has me wanting some to bulk out my Orks.

I'll paint mine if Fall colors though... I like my Goblinoids to look like a pile of dead leaves.

The Orc hero is an Old Runtherd model from the 80's. Part of the hook from the base of his staff is missing though I think.
So many projects..... so little time.......

Small update: Start of an orc project!

Ive got a few more up to the highlight stage, and only 5 need the full coats of paint, and only like 3 or 4 need a few small additions of color before I can start putting on the highlight coats and getting them finished. Goal is to have them all done by the end of the month

They look rather spiffy, but aren't they in the wrong forum?  ???

Still, glad you cross posted as I wouldn't have seen them over in the Future Wars section. =)

Shew, after finally getting a day to paint, Ive chipped away even more at my giant pile of gretchin.  :)However, my sanity is no longer what it was.  lol  o_o All of the gretchin now have atleast some sort of coat of paint on them, and I managed to get a few with some highlights on their clothes, and a few more washed and ready to be highlighted. My goal still stands to finish them by the end of the month!
