Alternative Armies relaunches Ion Age

Alternative Armies have relaunched their Ion Age miniatures range.

You can now wander through the Ion Age on the Alternative Armies website.

We now have new sections and new layouts covering one hundred and twenty two original miniatures all available as singles, packs and even in platoon boxes too.

Suitable for use with Moth, Firefight 2.0 or any other 28mm Science Fiction system.

I used to have all these miniatures.They are pretty neat.Wonder if they will rerelease the Shia Kahn too.

Cool. :)

I got one of these from a friend who didn't know what it was. Took some time to find out, but I got it painted, just for kicks.



First time NMM for me there too. I loved the figure, but I painted it up as a corporate pay-slave, doing labour on the surface of Mars; I mistook the piece of hardware over his shoulder for a sort of futuristic, most likely fusion powered, portable rock drill. ;D

Some more to fill out a squad of these guys could come in handy I reckon...
Miniatures you say? Well I too, like to live dangerously...

I thought it was pretty interesting to see this range come back. I had some back in the day... right about when Rogue Trader monopolized the sci-fi scene. I hope they get a new following, they certainly have a unique look.

They do look like a nice and interesting range. Not on the market at the moment but I'll bare these in mind for future reference.
