Any news on AT-43?

does anyone know if AT-43 has been bought by anyone and if it will be back in production?

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it anymore and what is it seems weird and scary.

I would've thought it was part of the deal with CMoN.

I doubt it'll ever be viable as a game again though. The clearance sales pretty much killed any chance of that.
