As far as naming it I would  call it "Safety Third" translated into Chinese. Great build.

Do you really want your night guard firing a gun around all that black powder and such?

That is an awesome building, the round gate and such on the front wall is definitely my favourite detail. Are the tile roofs from molded plastic card?
