How many figures are they releasing ?

This set has 26 figures I believe. They are all in the picture above. Not sure if other sets will follow or not.

No Rose? Bizarre.

They should do a mini of her mom too, complete with Thermos of tea.

Odd sort of numbers, everyone else seems to release sets of 60.
But a set of 26 I suppose gives a better chance of getting the ones you actually want.

Ummm, very useful stuff there - the TARDIS  of course, and the Doctor; and Daleks are irresistible, as are Cybermen. The smaller of the pigs is grand, as are the clockwork robots from the Madame de Pompadour spaceship. K9, of course, and the Master is splendid.
Oh yes, and Sarah Jane.  8)

Do I take it that Dr Who is popular in Malta too ?

Well, in this house, yes! Years ago they'd shown some episodes from the 3rd and 4th doctors (some of my stronger Dr memories are of the giant robot and UNIT, and then the Wirrn on the Ark in space) and that was that; But when the new series came out, the wife starting getting the DVDs as Christmas pressies for me   So far I've seen  the new 1st and 2nd series. And I'm enjoying them more than ever.  :)
Sadly, I know of no other person with a similar interest - other than my wife, who's enjoying them as well.  :)
