Excellent. It reminds me of that fishy Disney character (Nimmo or something like that). That little sub would fit right into world.

Whatever gave you that idea Doug?  ;)
Given that it is tasked with hunting down the Nautilus, you could surmise that its objective is finding Nemo!  :D

As others have said, GREAT MODEL,  The fellows on this forum who scratchbuild are a real inspiration and source of depression for those of us so unskilled or unimaginative that we could never make that sub.  Hope you get into the BLAM game.  Watch out for the barracuda :o.

I rather enjoyed constructing this and it has become Mrs Overlord's favourite thing I have built!  :D

It's the 'big, round, googly eyes', like a little baby's. We all are, but especially women, hardwired to react that way. ;->=

Once again, I've seen similar watch packages, but would never have thought of something this brilliant. Watch me hang my head.

Excelent stuff. Great skills.
I can't wait to see this little baby painted (with a couple of action shots!)
 ;D
Below is a link to my blog. It's the place where I write uninteresting things about little toy soldiers. I do this because I refuse to grow up and behave like an adult.

Doug

Jogged my memory of one of my early posts:
http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=20842.msg268233#msg268233

I did get the fish cut to make a waterline version of just the top third (includes the eyes, but tipped back a bit), but no further. May have to dig it out and try again.

Doug, no, a different Doug; really, we're legion...

I managed to get the sub finished just in time, along with a torpedo:
