The Future of Modern Warfare!
« on: November 04, 2011, 05:19:39 PM »
Introducing the 'D'Artagnan Mk I', the most modern Armoured vehicle in Warlord China!!!

Marvel at the modern look and feel!

Swoon at the state-of-the-art spaced armour!

Tremble at the awesome power of its 3pdr gun and 90 hp, six cylinder Rolls Royce engines!

Pictured here we see the proud owner, General Lee Fat Sum, ruler of Jilin Province in Chinese Manchuria, days before his untimely - and as yet unsolved - murder by poison.  Shown also is the Scottish design engineer, Ronald McGonagall, and Lee Fat Sum's bodyguard commander, Colonel Kleb.

Excellent!  :-* Who did the armoured car ?
Well I've lead an evil life, so they say, but I'll outrun the Devil on judgement day.

I got it at the Derby show the other week.  Reiver Castings. Its a VBCW 'Tyneside armoured car".  Kit is pretty basic, which is perfect if you want to glue half a ton of corrugated iron onto it!

I was looking for inspiration in the decal box, and chanced across a WWI French tank decal 'D'Artagnan".  Seeemed cookie enough for Back of Beyond

I like it!  Sort of like the SCW.  Hey, Ignatief, bring your arc welder over to my house and let's armor up my pickup in the garage.

Was planning to go to Crisis, would dearly love to as I have so many cyber mates who are going, but cant. Have been away to much of late, just back from five days in NYC so need to spend some time with my lovely wife and two lads.  Next year - deffo!

p.s. definitely go to York in feb (cracking show), first Partizan and Derby.  Tend to avoid the mega shows.

You are right, China is the place for that. Maybe fix that up as a campaign sub plot!
