Its a pity you didn't decide to do this a few years ago when I was fixing a broken one of these. Could of helped with loads of photos then :-[

I give up... you've ruined my hobby. Whatever I do I won't even reach your ankles!  lol

I think I'm going to buy some clown miniatures and just stick to painting those from now on.

Oh balls!!! That would really have helped! As it is I've just decided to hide most of the detail in rubble anyway. I figure most of the fiddly stuff is underneath the carriage.

In that case, I would request details of the build up!

The build is all plastic card, built up in layers, with the top layer being really thin plastic card so that it bends over to give the curved roof. I hope this helps....

dam when i saw the thread i thought "at last he is going too far and this will ruin the whole piece muah"...........................WRONG..........when this whole setup is finished it will be setting the standard for anything that comes after it for the rest of us we can only marvel at your ability.

Done! I added some wee rivets/bolts and some railings. I also drilled out the lights and signage in the front before realising my mistake! I couldn't get into the back of the panel to stop any filling falling through, but I managed to fill with green stuff and try and make one of the signs look smashed...



...I think it's finished!
