Seem to remember mention of a Russian Civil War supplement in the dim and distant past, is this still on the cards?

Yep,
its still in the cast and we have plans for it but I am still working on the "how to make it"
There are so many experts outside ( especially this forum ) we cant show any weakness 
Besides I still believe T+T RCW is perfectly playable without any army list...but we keep an eye on it because I know people want it.

Good to hear it has not fallen by the wayside, has you say RCW is perfectly playable with the rules as is. A couple of special rules are aluded to in both the rules and the SCW supplement that makes you want to know more, hence my question.

 Mark Plant, a member here, seems to be quite knowledgeable on the period, perhaps he could help if there were some things you needed clarification on.

I would certainly be interested in obtaining a copy when its published
