1, In the vampire list it says that blessed and silvered weapons and wooden stakes reduce a vampire's armour value to 7. In the armoury section it says that blessed and silvered weapons are the only weapons that do not allow vampires a 2 point bonus to their armour values. Which is correct? I'm assuming it's the former.

2, In the The Black Coach scenario 8.1.4, it mentions a guardian that must be defeated. Did you have a particular character in mind, a demon or lesser demon from HVF possibly?

It is the former. Good catch

The guardian is the Coachman, who is a fairly tough character as well [Pluck 4+, FV+1, SV+1, Speed+0, Brigandine, Blunderbuss and Sword]. But if you'd prefer it to be a demon, let it be so.
