I have plenty, from Tactica and Miniatur Wunderland. However, it's a busy week so I can't edit and upload everything at once. Is there something specific you're looking for? I can start from that part...

Apparently not everyone attending a convention is bonfide.
A friend had some minis snatched from his gaming table some years ago

(Dunno wether it was at Crisis or our Red Barons-Bylandt convention)
Indeed very sad practices and as far as I'm concerned, the perpetrator(s) should be given a hot bath of tar and a nice suit of feathers.

I had no time to take pictures of the games I played. I was to busy, but I can tell you it was great fun and I was lucky to have very entertaining players joining the game. The table was devided into 4 sections with 5 scenarios played on the table. The scenarios were connected and based on the Devil in Iron story with modifications.

1. Conans Crew lands on Xapur and wants to find Conan ( 3 players for an easy scenario to explain movement, initiative etc and some small encounter.
2. A Turanian ambush laid by Jelal Khan and some soldiers ( 1 player is Conan ). Explaining combat rules
3. Search for Octavia and first encounter with Khosatral Khel in the thick forrest of Xapur and the player learn what they need to win.
4. Adventures infront of the Temple, some more encounter, new clues and a flying monster
5. Inside the temple - A Giant Snake, a trap, Octavia and the end fight with Khosatral Khel.

I played 8 games that weekend. In one game Conan died. He was acting too carefully. All other players were real Conan alikes. They made gut decissions and were panther alike in there movements. The perfect game was - in my eyes - when Conan was the sole survivor and had to fight the showdown alone to save the girl

It really sounded like a lot of fun.

I just picked up a Shaman version of your great ape miniature. I figured I could use him in multiple genres.

I wanted to start a Conan project awhile back when I saw matakishi's CROM posts.
Seeing your miniatures is really tempting me to get this project going again.

So, for those that ran games at Tactica, did the game go as you thought or did the players take you off in an unexpected direction (as seems to happen soooo often at convention games)?
