Dogsled racing in 15mm
« on: December 05, 2011, 11:06:05 PM »
this is a project finally i could finish. it is a 15mm dogsled racing in the artic.

Players compete to reach the end first with maximum umber of points. But others will send to you animals of the artic and will try to use action cards to stop you!

Miniatures are from different ranges: MY Figures, MJ Figures and Khurassan. The Walruss is Scratchbuild. All of the, in 15mm. really a cheap project! fun, fun and more fun in the artic snow!

So here you can see the full set:

you can see a dogsled in detail here

cards, rulers, counters and rules are custom.

scientists to rescue

arriving to the end

perils you can find: penguins, inuti, walruses, polar bears, wolves,etc....

I hope you like it.

Crusher.

Thanks for your comments.

Rules are self-made mixing some basic racing rules and reaction from CR3. I took the idea from Sureu in a post from TMP. Also you have cards for playing against others or for your own benefit. Rules are self contained and you don't need any other ruleset.

Penguins are from MJ figures. Sleds, dogs, inuits, wolves and polar bears from MY miniatures. The walrus  is scratchbuild. Baggage on sleds are from khurasan kits from scifi range. Riders are inuits painted with modern colours.
