Possible new figure range .....15mm
« on: 09 January 2012, 10:01:15 AM »
Good day everyone. i hope im not taking liberties posting this, however from the forum rules, I think its ok.

Basically for some time and as a side hobby to my hobby and work, Ive been thinking about starting a figure line and wanted to simply put the feelers out to see if these would be of interest. This is a personal project and Id simply like to see if i can recover some costs. If not, ive a lovely figure range all for my self! Anyhow, here are some pics of the original greens.

They are 15mm future war Russian sponsored/Militia Army. I intend to include a none helmeted option and a arab headscarf option (Keffiyeh). Possible heavy weapons after that, depending on interest that is. Other possibilities are more sci-fi weapons options for a more sci fi feel.

Id be interested in all feedback on these on of off list. you can leave feedback here or on my new blog
http://armiesarmy.blogspot.com/

thanks

ArmiesArmy aka Keith

15mm?  I thought they were 28mm.  Really nice work.

Don't apologise for posting, a lot of companies and makers are members and advertise upcoming stuff regularly.  It's a nice way to see what is out there.  ;D

I like them a lot - just a pity they are the wrong scale for me!

They are really nice looking figures. As Joroas said, you'll find a whole load of manufacturers works in progress and completed items across the boards. It's largely a 'show and tell' forum. Welcome aboard!

Excellent but, unfortunately, the wrong scale for me. However I'm sure you'll find lots of interest from others on this and other forums. If you haven't already, post them on The Miniatures Page and send some pics to Dropship Horizon.

They are pretty nice, but as for some others too, wrong scale for me.
Make some 28mm versions and I'm in :D

I don't have any 15 mm (legacy 25 mm Plus, most buying in 2012 scheduled to be 3 mm, 2 mm a interest area for specific armies,) but these might intrigue me enough to start an army in 15 mm- let us know if they enter production.

Gracias,

Glenn

Very nice and exactly the right scale - as I'm ditching my 28mm scifi/postapoc project and go 15mm instead!

Scale permitting, these would go nicely alongside Khurasan's 15mm pseudo-Soviet/Russian "Red Faction".
