I recently found an Android app that finds equivalent paints between Vallejo, Tamiya, Revell and Humbrol.

All of the ones done of the last ten years or so have not been all that accurate, I really don't think this will be either.

Experience with the paints is the best measure.
Besides, there is no mention of Reaper Master Paint Series there.
