Curteys Miniatures do some dismounted Knights in metal not plastic:

I have these and the Gripping Beast ones. I think The GB ones are slightly better in the sculpting. The choice of helmet on the Curteys is limted to one style. Some examples here:

Hi, They can be assembled without cloaks and won't look odd. However the cloaks really add to the dynamic look of the miniatures.
