Cheap, yes (although the limited edition Nightcrawler figure cost me a pretty penny...  ). Easy, no as they require a ton of work to get them to look halfway decent. Shame our teams didn't get matched up this round Tomshe, as they make almost perfect opponents!

Not really very familiar with Heroclix but I've seen enough in their original state to appreciate the work that has gone in on these!

Both of these entries are lovely - fantastic yellows on the Blood Bowl team (and I do love Blood Bowl), and the shading on the supers is, well, super!

I was actually working on a Lockheed but he got cut under deadline pressure. I'll try and get back to him to finish up when the LPL is over... 

I don't like the "bamfing" Nightcrawler, although I bought a spare one to disassemble- You can actually make a pretty good single non-"bamfing" Nightcrawler figure out of the multiple "bamfing" parts. That's another project that's on the shelf until after the LPL.

It is my friend - thanks again! The team's name is the Slann-in-Spacer''s - hence the shoulder pad art - no prizes for guessing which local they play for! Got a few more human, dwarf and elf players along with the afore-said halfling to make up the rest of the team.
