a little bit of conversion with these could get you a nice Lana Lang stand-in...

Well I tried to find a better picture of the Queen Bee figure but I think it's the same as above. Got the trooper, though.

Queen Bee http://store.strikezoneonline.com/GF/USC/CGHC/UL/055_N_1PUA.html Unleashed
Hive Trooper http://store.strikezoneonline.com/GF/USC/CGHC/CLD/001_N_1PUA.html Collateral Damage

From sole to crown the trooper stands 33mm or approximately 1 5/16 inches, the queen is 40mm from tip of her toe to the highest point of her hair, proportionately the same size as her trooper. on the flight stand the total is 60mm or about 2 3/8 inches.

Steve,

Thank you.  That Hive Trooper is cool. I wonder if I can find them in any quantity without having to buy a ton of stuff I won't use.

Thanks,

Eli

Well, I primarily use Strikezone http://www.strikezoneonline.com/hero_clix.htm, They also list how many in stock, for instance: 5 @ $.36, 5@ $1.17, and 3 more @ $3.20 each, depending on experience level of the figure. They normally try to keep their stock up.
After Strikezone, I use The Gaming Store http://gamingetcstore.com/heroclix.html, They list when they're out of stock, but not how many they have. A little more expensive at $1.49 to $3.99 each.
I know that there are other vendors that sell singles but these two seem to have what I need most of the time.
Some of the prices are ridiculous, though, because of a self inflated rarity! ($150.00 for a Green Lantern figure!)

I have started to paint up the Superfigs figure Scorpia in a Bee style and like how it looks so far.  Here is a link to here in Old Glory 25's store.  The Superfigs site seems to be down at the moment.
