Always room for one more  ;)

I thought you'd plan 13 on purpose! Cult of Evil and all that..... but I'm a little triskaidekaphobic ever since the Mythos card.....

I did plan 13 on purpose, but no reason why there should not be a new member waiting to join, is there?

Oh, don't worry mate, I have plans for what I want to have a go at sculpting next, so I wont get too distracted.

Should be doing just that in a couple of weeks.
 :D

I did not get any pictures of the Strange Aeons game that took place at BLAM (British Lead Adventure Meeting).
Another fellow LAFfer did, though.

Dr De'Ath took some great pictures with his magical camera and has offered to send me a few more that may not be as good.

Here is one taken by the good Dr of the table used:

The row of terraced buildings and similar structures were borrowed from Thunderchicken and the hedges from Eric The Shed, as I didnt have enough space in the suitcase for any more of my own buildings.

Thanks, chaps!
 :D

More later when I get a chance to sort them out....

Getting caught up again: the 13th Wayward Warrior looks TERRIFICALLY SINISTER & the BLAM Board is WONDERFUL.
I was trying to remember the last games/miniatures show I went to, but it was just too depressing thinking of something that happened so long ago.
I'd NEVER join a club that would have me as a member.  G.Marx

Fantastic stuff!!! That board looks fantastic...did you build the hedges yourself? I must get some. Also, sculpt 13 is a gem!  :-*

Thanks, Al!
 :D

The board did come out pretty well, I am pretty happy with it as most of it had to fit in a suitcase. The brick buildings were lent to me by Thunderchicken and are seriously well made. Check them out if you get a chance (on his EotD/Gothic Horror threads) they are well worth an extended dribble over.

As for the meet-up, mine was cut short as I was taken pretty ill on the way home on Friday and had to miss the last two days.
Gutted, to say the least!
 :'( :'(

Thanks, Mike!

The board is a bit of a collaborative effort, with the help of Thunderchicken's wonderful Victorian buildings.
As for the hedges, they were borrowed from Eric the Shed and they really helped to set the scene. He made them himself and I shall be shamelessly copying the idea and making some of my own.
When I do I shall post the WIP on here.
 ;)

Cultist #13 is still only a WIP, but it should not take too long to finish him off and that will be it for the 'human' members of the Cult.
I do want to make just one more addition before they get cast, though.
Not sure if I will get the time...

Lovely!
I hope to see more!
 :D

Thanks, aggro, there shall be more soon, when I get them from others.
Until then here are a couple stolen from Dr De'Ath's BLAM thread...

He knows how to take a piccie, that De'Ath bloke, dontcha think...?

Sorry about that, Steve, but I have been in no fit state to travel these past two days.

The irony is that the SA stuff was left there with the intention of running the game again today.
I was beginning to worry about what to do about recovering it until Matakishi came to the rescue and offered to take it home with him.
I will meet up with him later in the week and bring it home then.
Hopefully we shall meet another time, mate.

Gorgeous!
Your minis look even better with a better camera (and I assume lighting).

Sorry to hear about your spat of illness.

Cheers, chaps, I am getting there.
(I am well enough to get some Dark Ages figures out and get them based up and ready for converting/painting LotR SAGA, so I must be improving... ;)).

And Yes, Mark's pics are so much better than mine, I agree.
 :D

Wonderful looking board.
Thanks for sharing.

Cheers, Marine!

Here are a few more taken by Eric the Shed (who had the misfortune of playing the Cult in this game*).

*I have to admit that the 'Stars' were certainly NOT 'Right' for the Cult in this game.
If it could go wrong for Giles, then it did.
Cult Leader taken out at extreme range at the very start of the game, Suicide Cultists being eaten by Zombies before he could do anything, Jamming Thompson's...You name it, it happened....

That was some rough luck, mate.

Thanks for the pics... :D
