I painted it green first, but it wasn't working the way I wanted as the contrast between the T-shirt and the beret wasn't vivid enough. Red beret were used by the guardian angels squads, so I figure out it could be a possible colour scheme. I like the result

I hear ya sometimes a colour just doesn't work with what you're trying to do . I imagine of the guardian angels were tooled up like that crime would be pretty low

I do highly recommand that Neutron York 3000 stuff, as well as some of the indiviual characters designed for Golgo Island. They really are .... "characterful"
