Rusty Rail resin pieces
« on: 02 April 2012, 04:51:19 PM »
Found this Californian manufacturer of 'modern' bits and pieces useable for 1920's onwards

http://www.rustyrail.com/

Just ordered 3 pieces so will let you know how they compare with Pardulon and Tabletop World castings when they arrive.

I've found them to compare pretty well with anything. :) Coincidentally, I was just placing an order for a few new bits, including the standalone CAT 30 that finally got remoulded a while ago.

Remember to check the 'related' topics. I've posted assorted pics here and there. This stuff also makes a frequent appearance in my Lovecraftian games...

Good to hear that they are well cast and I will do a bit deeper research before posting next time  ;)

Checked out the site and saw lots of lovely (fallouty) stuff there.
While looking for postage rates, I put some items in the shopping cart to get access. postage (1st class international) is $12 and rises to $14 after 6 or 7 items (dunno if it keeps track of the weight as resin pieces can be quite heavy)
Very interesting rates, I would say.

With Salute coming up, I'll better wait another month. By then, holiday bonus should've arrived which will put me in the right mood to spend some cash on workbenches, cabinets and junkpiles and that 50's pick-up :D
