medieval destroyed tower

this is another piece done with plywood, peebles and cork, it´s ruined tower afther enginers make is work miniing this.

What a fantastic piece of work! It puts me in mind of the great tower of Helmsley Castle in North Yorkshire, after Black Tom Fairfax's merry men had finished with it following the siege in 1644.

Please post more as you progress - I for one will be watching closely.

 Mitch, this is a master for a reproduction, I hope that soon we can see it assembled and painted. I take the inspiration from  a photo of a English castle, the real tower is in good shape , I destroyes it in my imagination...
 Inkydave, thanks, the texture came from the materials that I use, them not need too much work, it´s very diferent when you carve the walls in plaster or foam. Here the texture of the cork and peebles make big part of the work
 Traveller, the brick work are bits of cork , I glue one by one as the real counterpart and afther all glued  a layer of plaster is done for simulating the mortar among the stones
Anevilgirafe, we can suposse that the access is dstroyed under the rubble

Carlos, a number of the castles in North Yorkshire were "slighted" (partially ruined to make them undefendable) during the English Civil War. You have imagined EXACTLY how these damaged structures look - your work has perfectly captured how real towers collapse. Congratulations on a superb piece of work and thanks once again for sharing it with us here.

you misunderstand me... the very obvious joins for the faces of the tower - I assumed that meant they were removable to have figure access inside... I'd seem similar before...

the fact that it's a master though means those join lines are not a problem...
