Very different settings, not an easy choice

Love the title "Summoning Sickness" for both reasons!

I agree with both comments above, I love the title summoning sickness and that is a very cool selection of wonderfully weird models! On the other hand those predators look very cool as well, very well painted 8)

Gnomehome - some of those figures are from the limited Frothers thing, right?  I'm bummed that I missed that set, there are some great minis in that collection!

Both entries look great!

I think both of you have outdone yourselves with these entries, well done.
a mixture of quick parts, sarcastic humour, reserve, and caprice.

both great entries! To follow up the previous comment, who makes the pink man/worm, is this also a limited frothers model?

That's a really hard choice, both entries present very highstandard, but since I'm huge fan of Lovecraft, I voted for Summoning Sickness. The priest is just gorgerous, who manufuctures this miniature? Is it one of those mentioned limited models?

Thank you all for the positive reactions. The following models are used in my entry.

Celtic Cross froam Ainsty Castings with a Rafm pile of skulls thrown in for good measure.

Two of the Frothers Cthlhuedo miniatures : the tentacled priest in the yellow robe and the naked man/worm thing. These were on sale for a limited time only, following the FU!UK sculpting competition. Some of the models of an earliers set (The Asylum one) are now in production. These may have been picked as well, maybe White Knight will be able to tell.

Two pulp figures cultists

Two pardulon Tortured shamblers

Two Metal Magic Dimensional shamblers (still available from EM4 miniatures in their Dunwich Detectives range)

1 grenadier Floathing Death (a flying polyp actually, still available from Mirliton)

I like my games like my orange juice: pulpy with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners
