Pulp Girl Adventures -- Episode 3: The Perilous Temple
« on: April 22, 2012, 02:07:25 AM »
Here's a story from a Pulp Alley game....

Pulp Girl, after having ventured to the far off regions of Central Asia, meets up with her informant in Uzbekistan. Skeet tells her the newest location of the Sassanid Diamond after having been stolen from the Imperial Museum of Ancient Artifacts. He reveals that the diamond is currently being held within the confines of Baron Charnock’s villa. Skeet has his monkey, Rabu, lead Pulp Girl to her destination.

With Rabu leading the way, Pulp Girl makes her way over perilous rooftops towards the villa.

At the villa, they encounter the baron’s henchmen who were tipped off to Pulp Girl and Rabu’s arrival. Pulp Girl quickly takes out two of the minions while Rabu keeps another one distracted.

When the guards are knocked out, Pulp Girl makes a mad dash for the diamond’s hiding place on the second floor of the baron’s villa. However, the alarm has been raised and more guards are coming to apprehend the trespassers.

After Pulp Girl retrieves the Sassanid Diamond, she is then chased out onto the balcony by Baron Charnock’s scar-faced gorilla.

She makes good her daring escape by leaping into the bed of a passing truck with Rabu close on her heels. As she turns to look back she sees the baron on the balcony. He shouts angrily at her, “I’ll get you Pulp Girl and your little monkey too!”

Love it! Great terrain and a fun storyline.

So, is the next game a chase scene?

Lovely! Wheres the chimp from?

The chimp is actually a charm or pendent for a necklace. It was discounted so we picked it up really cheap. Dad just cut off the loop on it's head and stuck it on a base. :D

Thanks for all the nice comments. We've had some good comments about the terrain so I wanted to add a link for anyone who wants to make their own. This was one of the first projects Dad and I did together for Pulp Alley :)
