Turns out I had just the model I needed to use as a Maniac. I love the idea of this guy running around the woods trying to hack up the Threshold Agents and might have to do it as a very small intro game, not sure if it would work though?

At only 7 points, he can easily be used against a starting Threshold list (rounded out with a Cult Leader (+5) and a few Cultists (+3))

Maniac's are really good Lurker units, dangerous as hell if they manage to get up close and start hacking at you with their cleaver!
