Another 'last minute' crew that looks pretty good despite the title!

Another interesting atmospheric submission from Blackwolf. I'm always drawn in to the implied narrative. I wish the castle was a little out of focus so the scale of it wasn't apparent though :)

EDIT:
Posted the above before the title change... sorry! Lunar Marines it is :)
Really interesting boat... who makes it? Were they actually made like that?

Why does the title mention "lunar marines"?

Why sre they called Lunar Marines, I thought Last Minute Crew was the right title?

They are called Lunar Marines as they are based on the Runequest Gloranthan setting and are troops of the Lunar Empire, originally intended to be fighting Harrek the Beserk and his Wolf Pirates, but I ran out of time. I  will post the intended picture in a couple of weeks time as I will finish it after a break from paintiung

Really interesting boat... who makes it? Were they actually made like that?

The boat is from Fenris, just added the rowlocks, the figures are Spanish Scutari from Crusader with some swords removed and replaced with axes, the chap with a cooking pot helmet (Beat Pot Aelwrin) is also from this pack with scratchbuilt Cleaver, GS'd apron and helmet. the girl (Jor el the Razoress) is a Foundry Valkyrie with GS'd bra, and converted left arm to be holding the harp.

Those are both really evocative and atmospheric entries.   I like them both very much.  The Rendezvous entry gives off a weird war/pulp vibe that really hints at a story behind it.  Who knows what lurks in wait for them in that castle?
