Course finding motorcyclists in same scale is probably hard.

You could probably find post apocalyptic bikes in heroic 28mm ? Should do the trick. Or you can try to find cheap toys with bikes. I remember I've seen some kind of CHIPS patrol bikes, in "everything 1 dollar"-like stores.

Figured this is what the thread was about and feared to look at it because of the nostalgia it would provoke.

Really nice paint jobs. 

As a sidelight... when I played the game it had a little kicker and/or QB that threw the football, if I remember correctly. He threw really badly.

Some guys has became really good at throwing the ball with this special figure. A company created special "pro" figures for this purpose too.

Personaly, I use a simulation passing system :






But I also try to train my "real" passing skills

I just found this thread! I had one of those sets back in the late 60s. I played it for HOURS! I had to leave it in America when we moved back to Europe.

I never dreamt I'd see those games again.!

A less investment heavy option for SF style football is this game.  My kids really enjoy playing it.  It is fast and fun.

I wish I had the space for an electric football table, that looks pretty cool!

I'm actually thinking about finding a way to play miniature football without the lectric table. Why ? Because the key in miniature football is the so called "tweaking". This is the way you modify the movement bases of your figures, to make them run, straight, turn, have strenght, mix, etc.... As you can see on videos, the possibilities are pretty impressive...

BUT the problem is that you have to learn tweaking process. Trial and error, it's quite long. And it's part of the game : it's YOUR team, you know how your players react.

So you cannot really (except for demo purpose) bring your tables and teams and play someone not involved in the game. It's not like a classic boardgame.

So I'm thinking about creating or modding a current game system to use my figures collection, but in a more classic (like bloodbowl or the scifi game you're showing ) way. So anyone can use it and play competitive, just knowing the rules.


Any help will be appreciated !

Anybody know of anywhere in England one can get the figures? I have been working on some mini rules for ages but sick of using blood bowl human stand ins!

No, since I did this figure especially for a friend, as a gift.

On my own collection, for now I've got 49ers, steelers, gators, spartans, and a few other poorly painted (for demo purpose) college teams.
