Thanks for the comments, everyone! I'm all embarrassed now...

I reckon I'll just knock up a missile pod which can replace one of the arms, then get this off to the casters with a bunch of other stuff. Then I'll just have to figure out how to paint it....

Please figure out how to sell it first, as I don't want to wait to buy it for any longer than necessary!  :)

Stunning work and a great tutorial  :o If you don't mind me asking, the sci-fi figures from your future line...are they any way related to these?:

Or are these an unrelated project?

This is great work, and a very enlightening step-by-step!

To further develop the robot-army, I'd build a couple variant arm/weapon combos, then some additional add-on for the specialty units: engineer, a recovery 'bot, maybe casualty-evacuation 'mule", etc.

Will these 'bots operate as support elements for human units, or in all-bot autonomous groups? The answer will inform your choice of specialty units.

Hi all, just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone for all the kind comments, and the suggestions for development - much appreciated!

No, the new stuff isn't related to those, I'm afraid - it's a bunch of mostly power armoured figures, and a couple of small robot / drones. I'll post pics once I get them back from the casters.

Stunning work, after having tried something similar, you make it look so easy, but it is far from it.
