I don´t usually post in this LAF place but I love to see what people are doing on this subject!!

This is a project that I started some years ago. I bought some Cephalods, and I even painted a base of them but then I stopped. I bought some more miniatures from Black Hat Miniatures at Salute and then I realized that this is one of my favourite games and miniatures (of course I haven't played). Here are some of the miniatures that I have painted, and I want some more!!

There are some more pictures on my blog.

Cheers.

That's a biiiig tripod!

Love the detail on the minis - the extra mottling at the front of the cephalod brains, for example, or the tattoos on the Green Men.  Effective without being showy.
Back from the dead, almost.

How many hours are there in a day for you?!?!

Wonderful stuff!

Been eyeing those Black Hat thingies for a long time but the scale made me stay away!  But you've certainly done a brilliant job with them.

Thanks. I´m very happy that you like them. As I said I´m enjoying this project, I´m trying different miniatures to see what army I´ll do.

How many hours are there in a day for you?!?!

Not Enough!! :o

Another Cephalod creation from Black Hat.

those are the first cephies that have really looked good to me. ALmost good enough for me to want to add the species to my VSF setting (my personal one, not the WTNW one that I helped develop, in which they do exist).

I'd be tickled with something as good in 28mm...  :-*

Fantastic.

What he said...

I've seen the fig, forgot about the fig, have fallen in love again with the fig, now with the awesome paint. Curses!
