my god, a painted plate

The good prof pointed it out! A swiss-made (!) plastic plate bought for 1,99 from my local Karstadt´s household department, plus half a plastic medaillon and three half plastic spheres. I´ll add some underside photos, but that´s pretty boring... I still might paint it Lichtblau, rather than the blackgreen it currently is.

Operative "Bowcross" sends new, disturbing information:

The first Group of Panzerkampfanzug Wolf battlesuits has been put in service (read, I managed to find the missing Suit from ten years ago in my pewter hills )

Then, the file of Subject a/9181-45, Luftwaffen-Hauptmann Meier, who was unfortunate enough to survive the crash-landing of protoype V-1 of the Sonderfluggerät ST, only to be horribly disfigured by radiation escaping from the breached reactor vessel.

The latest from Castle Wolfenfels´ vaults:

The Panzerkampfanzug II "Bär", armed with hydraulic fist and 5cm revolver cannon (updated variant of the old Hochseeflotte cruiser armament).

Doktor Müller, notorious villain, given a chance to prove himself after his failure in the Gasoline Affair ("it´z all ze fault off zis pezky Belgian boy zournalist!"):

Okay, I have to admit that I don't recognize the PzKfzAchtung II mini...

I still think it's awesome. Great dig on Tintin, too.

Is the "Bär" from VOID or Warzone or something?

By the way, the Flugscheibe has no historically accurate colour scheme.
"I'd like to send this letter to the Prussian consulate in Siam by aeromail. Am I too late for the 4:30 autogyro?"
"Uh, I better look in the manual... This book must be out of date. I don't see "Prussia", "Siam" or "autogyro"...

Almost spot on, a Bauhaus "Vulkan Battlesuit" back from the late 1990s.

Well, I thought I´d get away with green, grey-green and dark-grey splinter camo as used on the Do-335... okay, the black bottom is off, I´ll admit, but I chickened out of painting it in the Nightfighter Meander scheme. :D

It´s a RAFM Ctulhu figure. I´m unsure from what pack, it might be from the "Son of Yog-Sototh" box set.

Last model of the year

Yup! Since that cold killed off the last wish to go out tonight (and I hope the torrent out there drowns those bastard kids who´ve been booming around since 1pm :x ), I painted up a little kit for a year´s-end treat. Great fun, and I really like that for once, both the rolled-steel texture on the torso plate and the rust-burn effect on the engine exhausts.

Armament is a short 75mm tank gun and twin MP40 SMGs in the head, and big steel-plated feet to stomp unlucky commandos and penguins raving with unadulterated fear.

Ah, the YMS-15 Gyan. Is that a 144th scale fig? I think it looks pretty good, the problem is that I am too familiar with the Gundam universe ;)

Right spot on, sir! I´ve got a shelf full of built gundams, and about half a dozen unbuilt in various states... I got the Gyan years ago as a birthday gift and finally found a use for it - I thought the design was strangely unfitting for the OYW Universe, but due to the "knight-look", it´s actually rather fitting for a Pulp setting, methinks.

I´m unsure whether I´ll actually use it in the Wolfenfels Game, though... I´ve just paid for one of those:

http://renax.club.fr/alterra1/grVhMech72/grVhMech72.htm

because it looks much more similar in style to the "Wolf" suits. So it may remain an experiment.
