Highlight for Vallejo Russian Unifrom?

I am in the porcess of painting my first 28mm tank (Warlord's Cromwell) and have elected to paint it Vallejo Russian Uniform - on top of a 'shaddow' coat of Reflective Green. What I am puzzling over is what colour should I use for the highlight?

Would anyone be able to offer advice or share their experiences on this matter?

I mixed mine with grey green and yellow ochre to lighten it up and I was pleased with the colour.

If you're confident with your brush strokes I'd suggest Khaki. It's quite a significant highlight but it works really well for edge highlights.

I used khaki grey to paint my russian uniforms, so, maybe you could try this one? Can't say if it is lighter shade than "russian uniform" itself, though.
