I got a bunch of these power armor guys from the commission section of my local game store. The original owner couldn't remember who made them. I love the old school look of these figures. I was trying for a classic Sci-Fi paperback cover look for this.

Looks to be one the Metal Magic Spacelords miniatures - a Cybertech Heavy I think. They were part of quite a large range that was very, very nice.

EM4 have all the molds, but only a small selection have been released. Here are the available Cybertech troops:

I really, really wish EM4 would start to roll out the rest of the range, as they were superb! :-[

Lovely PJ by the way! :o

How many years can we keep it up for though!? ::)

I have an old catalogue full of Spacelords I want, but I can't get them! I'd be a very happy man if Doug released the Wartechs and the rest of the civilians and personalities. And some more of the Phagon Battleclones.

Doug, are you listening?  lol ;)

Don't forget the jetbikes, the jetbikes!

Great paint job on the model BTW, does him much more favours than the one on the EM4 site (Cybertech bunkerbreaker, autogun advancing Ref: 3001c).

It's the Sardaykin I want -- lovely figures. I had one of those jetbikes when I was a kid, but I hardly did it justice.

Hello,

I can see the potential of these minis for a project of mine, but I have to ask are they 25mm or 28mm scale? I am thinking specifically of using them with Citadel Rogue Trader era minis.

If anyone who has them in hand can comment I would be very greatful.

Thanks

Indeed, they're smallish 28mm with integral bases. If you stick the bases to slottas the height difference is minimal. The human trader in my Squat force is from this range as well:

Though the height difference is less clear because the other models are Squats ;)

Funny, all the Spacelords blisters I saw years ago were c**p, but now that I think on it, may just be because I was finding them in cut out bins.

These piccies are starting to change my impression, indeed.

Wait, what are these 'Squats' of which you speak? Some legend with no basis in history? Delusional ravings? A couple of boxes in my basement, at least 90 strong?  lol
