EotD sort of AAR (pic heavy)
« on: 24 June 2012, 06:11:17 PM »
Hi all,

Had a game of EotD today to have another try out of the rules and had great fun. The intention was to take lots of pics and present you with a half decent AAR. Unfortunately I got carried away and forgot to take pics when the action hotted up. So instead all I've got is pics of the first few moves of the game and the table layout. I promise to do better next time. The setting was a suburb of West London with a brewery at the centre of the table and we used the Lost Artefact scenario from the rulebook. We changed the objective so the winner was the faction in possession of the artefact at the end of the tenth move rather than taking it off the table; it produced an exciting bloodthirsty finale. You'll see civilians in some of the pics; we throw these in and move them around the board randomly as in the Jack the Ripper scenario. I feel it adds some reality to the game and it can also bugger up best laid plans, especially when they knacker your line of sight to a target when on Watch and Shoot!

Walking into an ambush. Can you see the wolves?:

Some general pics of the table:

It is a great setup. I have one question as it looks like all your buildings are mounted on bases. How do you store it and pack it up for transport?
