Ladies and Gentlemen, the account of the last action in the Raid on the Tembe mini-campaign may be found at my blog.

Fought solo to Sharp Practice rules.  :)

Sweet looking tembe.
Looks like the British had another hard battle.
But England wins out in the end. :)

I really enjoyed your game report, Traveler Man.  It looked like a great fun game.

And I not only enjoyed your report itself, but I then went on to lap up page after page of your blog. In particular, I was interested in how you had adapted Sharp Practice for the colonial theatre.  I've posted elsewhere on this message board about my own first experience of Sharp Practice a la colonial, British vs Maori in the New Zealand Wars in my case.  So I'm about where you were right in your first games with these rules, still testing the water on making them work for the period.

I'm glad you enjoyed it, folks.  :)

I have a tembe up for sale at my Etsy store.

Arteis, I find Sharp Practice works well for colonial era gaming, with a little adaptation. I'm glad you find something to assist your own thoughts in my blog. I'll write a post-battle piece on the tembe action soon.
