Once you've won a scenario and earned a BP, can you also use that to alter a stat on a figure or buy off an injury effect? Thanks.

Yes to the altering stats, as the characteristic increase/decrease is listed under skills on page 48 of the rule book.

No to buying off an injury effect: last paragraph on page 19.
