what is this armoured car?

Found a strange site has a very interesting picture at the end but this one also caught my imagination what is it it looks like the front of a Mgebrov - Renault front with Putilov turrets.. any thoughts.

It is a Mgebrow-Renault with twin turrets from 1915.  It's missing the front central headlight, although the mounting bracket is still visible.  Unless both machine guns are rotated completely around to 5 o'clock, it also seems to be missing the weapons! There should be visible those two projecting gun shields that are so prevalent on Russian armoured cars of the period.
