Those Heroscape figures are enormous, though.

And there's no big red cobra logo on the living doll either. Fail!  :D

Those Cobra conversions looks awesome!
I would not remove the cockpit, a more realistic looking force would be much cooler as long as its recognizable as Cobra!

I don't know, my thinking was with the normal cockpit on, it'd look too much like what it is (an out of scale helicopter) instead of what it's supposed to. Guess I'll have a chance to pick later.

I haven't had any time to do any more, except quickly try pose idea for the Baroness model. What do you think? There's also that second version (on the right) which I didnt like, but then the latest issue of the comic has her in that pose on the cover...so maybe I'll do two Baronesses :)

Realistic!?

That's raping the franchise!

Take the lid off and install a pilot, that will make the design violate so many laws of physics and military that it will look G.I. Joe in the end.  ;)

The HISS tank has glass windows for crying out load!  lol

the latest issue of the comic has her in that pose on the cover.

Comic book covers often put women into peculiar contortions.  At least that's not as bad as what comic book fans call the "brokeback pose" - not a reference to the gay shepherd movie, but to the state of the woman's spine as she somehow manages to present both breasts and both buttocks to the viewer.
Back from the dead, almost.

Those both look great. What pieces are you using as the base figure? Looks like you've got some mix-n-match stuff going on there!

That's some great GI Joe and Cobra stuuf you're displaying here! It's cool to see more people are making their own 28mm GI Joe's. My own work can be followed in my blog www.toco.be/blog . I have converted many miniatures to become GI Joe's, Dreadnocks, Cobra's etc ... Now working on vehicles like the Warthog and Skystriker ...

I've used some of the old Target Games minis as Cobra forces.

Strange this thread should get revived right after I receive three hiss tanks from shape ways in the mail. Despite having to abandon this for a little while, I'm so getting back to this soon.
