I live and work in a mining company town in the middle of the rainforest at the state of Pará but I´m actually from Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais.

Aha, my father in law was a mineiro from Pato de Minas. Hopefully at some stage we can catch up and have a beer. That's the one thing I will say about Pará, Cerpa is an excellent beer.
