I could be wrong, but I think they are a mix of Copplestone (Street Toughs) and Artizan (Bat Masterson?).
Not sure if that covers them all, though.

Spot on so far. The Copplestone Street Toughs are slightly modified the arms folded guy had his coat extended with putty and the boxing guy has a big knife with kuckle duster added.

The Brass Knuckle guy, and the rear two on the left are Foundry armed N'ver do wells. The Bull Terrier is from the Eden range by Taban

Well before starting my kickstarter figures. I need to clear down the painting table of all my other EotD themed figures. Theres only about half a dozen so shouldn't take me to long.

Professor Erazmus (been half painted on my bench for a loooooooong time)

Professor Moriarty (Wargames Foundry sometimes its limited others its not)

Colonel Moran joins the fun. The coat looks a little bit wishy washy for some reason i'm guessing its crap light because it doesn't look like that in real life
