Hi
Do the ratings in BoB ever get halved more than once?
For example if a Broken model is the target of a ranged attack whilst in the open, does it halve once for defending in the open and halve again for being Broken?
If so, and its original CBT rating was 3, would it have a modified raiting of 0?

The short answer is 'no'.  Ratings only ever get halved one time.  So in your example it would be CBT 1.
